Otterspool Promenade is a riverside walk in the Aigburth and Grassendale area of Liverpool. The promenade runs along the banks of the River Mersey from north of Garston docks to Otterspool Park. A footpath and cycleway continues along the riverbank to the city centre ending at Albert Dock. The promenade is open all year round and never closes. It's perfect for cycling, walking, running, even fishing. It gives amazing views across the River Mersey to the Wirral. There are a few City Bike stations along it that offer affordable bicycle hire perfect for a ride along the riverside.
